DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You do not need to create an account to place an order with us, you can check out as a guest.

However, if you create an account with us, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account. You will also become a member of our Beach Club Rewards program and receive exclusive discounts and promotions throughout the year.

DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT ON FIRST ORDERS?

  • We offer a 10% Welcome discount for first time buyers when you subscribe to our newsletter. You can subscribe here.
  • Please note that discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied to your order once it has been placed.
  • Please note that codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES MELISSA ODABASH ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron and JCB cards.

All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Shopify Payments and PayPal.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

  • For US delivery please allow up to 10 business days from dispatch for your order to arrive.
  • For NON-US delivery please allow 8-14 business days from dispatch for your order to arrive.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS LATE?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information, please monitor this. If your order appears to be delayed or if your order is noted as delivered when you are still not in receipt of it, please contact the customer care team.

 

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make any amendments to the size or address on your order, please email shopUSA@odabash.com with your order number & amendment requirements as soon as possible.

We cannot add additional items to orders once they have been placed.

Please note that we cannot make any amendments to orders once they have been dispatched.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send an email including your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.
If you are unable to locate your tracking information, please email our customer care team.


HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

You have 14 business days to return your items to us for a full refund or exchange. To process a return or an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Visit: https://melissa-odabash-us.loopreturns.com & follow the steps to create a return or exchange.
  • We offer complimentary returns for all domestic orders.
  • If you are returning from outside of the USA mainland, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the costs.

It is imperative to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number to guarantee a refund. We are not liable for goods that do not reach us.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reach your account after your return is processed.

Please ensure to obtain a proof of postage receipt for your return.

WHAT SIZE SHALL I BUY?

  • Melissa Odabash swimwear fits small to size; therefore, we would advise to size up from your normal swimwear size.
  • Different styles have different coverage, we advise keeping this in mind when selecting your size.
  • Melissa Odabash Beachwear fits true to size and is often designed to have a relaxed fit.

CAN MY ORDER BE GIFT WRAPPED?

  • If your order is a gift and you would like this to be gift wrapped in our branded Odabash packaging. This can be selected at checkout.
  • Please be advised that gift wrapping includes branded tissue paper and a branded gift pouch.

HOW TO I CARE FOR MY MELISSA ODABASH GARMENTS?

Wash care instructions can be found inside the garment itself, please read carefully before washing.

We advise items are rinsed before first time wear as fabrics may not be completely color fast.


Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics and to ensure your Melissa Odabash swimwear & beachwear remains in perfect condition, please follow the care guidelines to ensure longevity:

SWIM CARE:

  • Rinse after wearing.
  • Hand wash with a very mild detergent.
  • Reshape whilst wet.
  • Do not tumble dry, do not iron.
  • Sun block, lotions, oils, and chlorine can cause discolouration - this is not a manufacturing defect.
  • Melissa Odabash swimwear comes with a reusable, waterproof pouch which is perfect for storing your swimwear.
  • Lay flat to dry, away from strong sunlight.
  • 'Ribbed' & 'Ridges' swimwear fabrics are easily prone to snagging, please ensure to keep away from rough surfaces.

BEACH CARE:

  • Hand wash with a very mild detergent in cold water.
  • Some items are dry clean only, please check the label before washing.
  • Lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight.
  • Sunblock, lotions, oils, and chlorine can cause discoloration.
  • Knit or crochet garments must be stored folded and not hung.
  • Do not tumble dry, do not iron.
  • Please note that beachwear styles that are made from 100% viscose are subject to possible shrinkage therefore we would kindly remind you to take extra care when washing and drying these garments.

ACCESSORIES:

  • Use a damp soft cloth/sponge, (nothing with a rough service that could cause abrasions).
  • Wash grubby areas only with a very mild detergent.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

Melissa Odabash garments are made with premium quality fabrics, and we would them to last for many seasons, however if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact shopUSA@odabash.com and we would be happy to review the matter for you.
